You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Course access and license
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for learning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post our content.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and display it to provide the service. You represent that your content does not infringe others’ rights.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal activity or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No reverse engineering of the platform.
- No sharing of account access or downloaded materials.
6. Payments and refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days if you completed less than 25% of the course. Refunds are not guaranteed after certificate issuance.

All trademarks, logos, and course content are owned by QuickCanyon Guild or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.
8. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes or publication success.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCanyon Guild will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
